Here’s our collection of short videos of whom I and my cousin took while where having an exciting journey to one of sagadas’ must see place, Pongas Falls.
Hi there everyone!
Sagada Weaving is a shop located along the main road of Sagada (there is only one main road because it is such a small town) that weaves the clothing with designs indigenous to this town. This place is just a few minute walk away from the center of the town.
It is one of the most trendy souvenir shops in Sagada. It has great products such as backpacks and pouches that are a good quality and have a unique Sagada style made of tough fabric. Sagada Weaving shop has the best looking products but of course, their items are more expensive compared to other stores. Continue reading Tour At Sagada Weaving!
Sa tuwing ako’y napapabisita sa Anawangin. Madalas ko pong marinig sa mga bangkero sa Pundakit and salitang “sulot”. They have experienced numerous times of preparing overnight for their upcoming guests but end up being “Nasulot”. Kung baga, nag hintay sa wala. They end up tired preparing for their tour to Anawangin Cove for nothing. The boat, life vest, tents and other inclusions are ready but their beard have grown long waiting for once again, nothing.
On many occasions I have heard this bad habit which is apparently originating from Pundakit spreading over San Antonio. Of which I would like to address today. When we’re little ones.
Whenever you speak with kids and ask what their dreams are or want they want to become, they will resolutely answer you, some may be shy but they’ll still end up telling you. And I admire them for such. Pure, delicate, without fear nor boundaries. These are the truths about them, the reality about our young ones and about us when we we’re little ones.
When you see them, it seems they have no problems or issues at all. Full of dreams, vigor, knows no hindrances nor limits. Their smiles are everywhere because of optimism. “NO” is not included in their vocabulary for persistence is abundant in their thoughts.
Question is, do we still have that mindset, now that we are adults? Are we able to bring with us that vision when we were kids? Do we still take time to remember our dreams and aspirations? Or has eaten a lot of time thinking more of problems? Ironically, it is the opposite for most of the people. How come these things had happened for many, if not all? We can use our freedom of choice to overcome our enemy territory. That is through vigilance in our decisions by constantly listening to the whisperings of the Holy Spirit. “Dare to stand alone.” said President Thomas S. Monson.

In a vast and changing world where we live, we face different situations with different choices. All of us wanted to make the right ones in order to gain that sense of accomplishment. Hence, we do everything we can to be successful. But along the
way we are beset by different forces and at times have driven or taken our power of choice, like addiction. There are situations as well, wherein we are preoccupied and bombarded by a lot of things especially our quest to survive. Not noticing the simple and yet sublime choices which lead to eternal happiness.
Yes! I’m pertaining to our freedom of choice and or our daily choices in life whether in relationship, in our family, budgeting, et cetera et cetera. The power of choice is always in our hand. It is given for our benefit and growth, for us to know what accountability is. These daily choices are very crucial, for it will hone and determine our future well being especially our personal development. It has been said that “We are what we are right now because of the choices we made yesterday. And we will become, from the choices we are going to make today.” And I totally agree!
