Because I’m late for the lighter touch of Circuit Warz last 23 Sep 2013 subicfitfest pocket event. I just thought of trying this one (speedball), hehehehehe and it’s pretty tough. Well, I mean you won’t exert much effort but phasing with timing is a challenge and it’s a combination of speed and consistent throw of energy. Huray! I’m now a boxer! Hohohohoho.
FYI: I doubt that this (speedball excercise) is part of Subic Fitness Festival.
